The session explores both the opportunities and the hidden risks of AI, including confidentiality, accuracy, professional judgement, accountability, over-reliance and safe boundaries for use.

This course is suitable for Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Carers, Care Co-ordinators, Quality Leads and care providers who want a calm, practical and care-focused introduction to AI in adult social care.
